About Us

Director Sean Masterson has a wealth of experience spanning over 30 years in the civil engineering and construction industry. Extensive executive board involvement demonstrates his calibre and innate ability to lead and influence whilst his expertise lies in identifying opportunities for business growth, strengthening commercial performance and improving and managing key client relationships.

Having been responsible for the overall strategy of numerous businesses Sean clearly understands the operational requirement for systems and processes to provide efficiency, continuity and consistency of approach. He has developed a dual commercial/project approach to leading teams throughout the contract and business administration process.

It is his enthusiasm and passion for optimising potential and realising opportunities that led Sean to establishing SPJM Associates Ltd.
